First aid is readily available on site. Adequate sanitation and washing facilities are provided for the comfort and wellbeing of all site personnel.
All on-site personnel are familiarised with the site evacuation procedure — including alarm methods, escape routes, and designated assembly points.
All personal protective equipment is assigned, maintained in clean usable condition, and worn whenever required on site — no exceptions.
Only trained and competent personnel operate plant and equipment. All machinery is maintained in safe condition and used strictly for its intended purpose.
All electrical equipment is regularly tested, visually inspected before use, and repaired only by competent personnel with proper isolation and lockout procedures.
Safe working platforms with proper access are provided for all height work. Safety harnesses are mandatory where scaffolding is impractical, with full protection for workers below.
No burning on site. All waste is stockpiled at designated areas and legally disposed of. Recyclable materials are segregated and transported to approved recycling facilities.
Any operations causing high levels of noise, vibration, or odour are communicated to all relevant parties before commencement to minimise disruption.
A high standard of housekeeping is maintained throughout every site. Waste goes in designated containers, spillages are dealt with immediately, and contractors manage their own waste removal.
